Belly Dance & Central Asian Dance Classes
This class is open to dancers of all different dance backgrounds and levels. Learn body isolations, shimmies, and basic layering techniques in a fun and supportive environment. Each day we will learn a short combination that will utilize the techniques learned in class.
Central Asian Dance
This class introduces students to the sweeping gestures of the body, hand movements, fast ecstatic spins and deep-rooted symbolism that is present in Central Asian dance styles. Dancers will learn hand articulations, footwork, spins and across the floor movement patterns. Each class we will learn a short combination that will utilize the different techniques from class.
